Pauline E. Potts 91, of Zanesville , formerly of Malta passed away at 6:55 p.m. Friday, December 7, 2012 at the Adams Lane Care center in Zanesville.

She was born August 23, 1921 in Morgan County the daughter of the late Monroe Pierce and Grace Parsons Pierce. She was a housewife and a member of the Zion Christian Union Church in Portersville.

She is survived by two daughters Sharon Kay Wayne of Zanesville and Barbara Lynn Reed of McConnelsville; four grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Rolland C. Potts who died February 29, 1988; two infant twins; four sisters Delphia Hampton,Josephine Lyons,Helen Potts, and Dora Fracker; one brother Wilbert Pierce.

Calling hours will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2012 at the Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville where services will be held at 1:30 p.m.She will be laid to rest in Zion Cemetery in Portersville next to her husband.
