Peggy S. Harlow, 61, of  McConnelsville passed away Wednesday June 24, 2020. She was born September 11, 1958 in Marietta. Peggy was a graduate of Morgan High School and was a homemaker. She is survived by her parents, Hugh Motz and Carolyn Adams Motz of McConnelsville;  three daughters, Constance (Corey) Bush of Newark, Valerie (Anthony) Belin of Marietta, Danielle Harlow and fiance Levi Moggo of Zanesville. Also surviving are ten grandchildren;  a brother, Mike Motz of Hackney; and a sister, Tammy Morrow of McConnelsville. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Harlow; and a sister, Debbie Hutchinson.  A caring cremation will take place and a memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Miller-Huck Funeral Home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
