Penny Marie Abrams, 60, of Glouster, passed away on Tues, Jan. 17, 2023 at her residence.  She was born on March 9, 1962 in Sidney, Ohio to the late Eugene Hall and Judy Anderson Roberts.  She is survived by her significant other, Dave Rutter of the home, 2 sons, Lyle Abrams of Glouster and Lance Abrams of Zanesville, a daughter, Melissa Wright of Chesterhill, a sister Michelle Swisher of The Plains and 6 grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents and a sister Vickie Carter.  Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville is performing a caring cremation at the family's request and a memorial service will be held at a later date.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com.
