Phyllis A. Keaton, 66 of McConnelsville, died on Monday, December 31, 2012 at 7:37 A.M. at the Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born on August 25, 1946 in Athens, Ohio to the late Dale C. and Ruth Pratt Ulbrich. She was an RN at Mark Rest Center in McConnelsville and retired from Ketchum's Nursing Home in Corning. She was a member of the Bishopville Church of Christ. She is survived by 1 son, Samuel R. (Dolly) White of Bunn, North Carolina, 3 daughters, Carrie (Jeff) Shepard of Reynoldsburg, Margaret (Scott) King of Beverly and Valerie (Jerry) Mock of Beverly, one sister, Carolyn Wallace of McConnelsville, 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and 1 daughter, Rebecca L. Keaton. Services will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville with Pastor Galen Finley officiating. Friends may call on the family from 5-7 P.M. the day of the funeral.
