Randal L. Miller 64, of Malta, passed away at 7:00 p.m. January 8, 2023 at his home with his family by his side. He was born September 9, 1958 in Lancaster the son of the late, Clifford Miller and Phyllis Clemens. He worked at ATT and was a farmer. He is survived by his wife, Becky Mathews Miller who he married in 1980; daughter, Amanda Kay Ore of Malta; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren; sisters, Rhonda Farher  and Valerie England both of Lancaster; brother, Clifford Miller of Malta.
