Randy R. Harlow, 60 of Stockport passed away peacefully in his sleep.  He was born on Nov. 18, 1964 in Chesterhill to the late Lyle and Mildred McKibben Harlow.  He is survived by 3 brothers, Donald Harlow of Reinersville, Steve Harlow of Stockport and Rick Harlow of Stockport, a sister, Twila West of Zanesville, best friend Steve "Buddha" Robinson of Akron and many nieces and nephews.  A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.  Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville is handling a caring cremation for the family.
