Rebecca Ann Waite, 81, of 950 E. Airport Road, McConnelsville, died at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, at Highland Oaks Health Center in McConnelsville.

She was born September 21, 1931, in Morgan County, a daughter of the late Roy W. White and Ella Louise Sims White.

She was a retired LPN and worked at Mark Rest Center in McConnelsville for many years. She was a member of the McKendree United Methodist Church and the Neely OCCL.

She is survived by two daughters, Dena Marie (Charles) Mueller of Newbern, NC, and Darla Ann (Gary) Mummey of Stockport; one son, Donald (Mary) Waite of McConnelsville; 14 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ray Waite; two sons, David and Danny Waite; and one sister, Rosella Duncan.

Friends may call on Thursday, Nov. 29, from 6-8 p.m. at the Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 30.

She will be laid to rest in McKendree Cemetery next to her husband, Donald.
