Richard L. Hartman 86, of 60 Sunset Dr. McConnelsville and Sebring, Florida passed away at 12:50 p.m. November 30, 2011 at the Genesis Morrison House in Zanesville. He was born November 20, 1925 in Outville, Ohio son of the late Raymond Hartman and Hazel Deeds Hartman. He was a graduate of Philo High School and worked for A.E.P. in Zanesville and McConnelsville for 43 years. He attended the Southside Baptist Church in Sebring, Florida, and he was a Marine Veteran of WWII. He was a member of the American Legion Post 24 in McConnelsville. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Marjorie Hartman and one sister, Jeannine Secrest of Warsaw, Ohio. At his request a cremation will take place. Graveside memorial services and burial will be in Duncan Falls Cemetery at a later date. Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville is in charge of arrangements.
