Richard Lee Medley, 59 of Baltic, Ohio, died on Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 2:14 P.M. at the Union Hospital in Dover, Ohio. He was born in Zanesville on August 26, 1952 to the late Myron L. and Shirley C. McEunen Medley. He was a self-employed carpenter doing roofing and siding and was a Lutheran by faith. He is survived by one son, Jamie Corder of Zanesville, two daughters, Kimberly Benson and Amy Snyder, three brothers, Phillip Medley of Zanesville, Walter Medley of Dayton and Daniel Medley of Princeton, Kentucky, two sisters, Judy Branstutter of Toledo and Winona Medley of Zanesville and four grand children, Destiny, Megan, Jessica and Trace. He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Myron Medley Jr. and one sister, Sharon Fausett. Services will be held on Monday, July 2, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville with burial following in the Stockport Cemetery. Friends may call on the family from 12-2 P.M. on the day of the funeral.
