Rita Reed Osborne, 74, of Malta Passed away on Sat. Aug 11, 2018. She was born on Sept. 7, 1943 in Bristol, Virginia to the late William and Eula Brewer Reed. A Graveside service will be held on Tues. Aug 14, 2018 at the Deerfield Cemetery. Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville is handling the arrangements.
