Robert C. Kalb 92, of McConnelsville passed away at 3 :40 p.m. Feb. 23, 2015 at Highland Oaks Health Center in McConnelsville. He was born March 17, 1922 in Morgan County the son of the late John Kalb and Myrtie Cady Kalb. He worked at Fuller Lumber, State of Ohio and Central Ohio Coal Co. He was a faithful member and elder of Meigs Church of Christ, and was a Navy Veteran of WWII. He is survived by his wife of 70 years Carma Fay Garrett Kalb; daughters Barbara (Errol) Harris of Zanesville, Debbie (David) Couch of Glouster; sons David (Barbara) Kalb and John (Teresa) Kalb both of McConnelsville; fourteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters Margaret Wilson and Freda Mae Ray. Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m Friday, Feb. 27, 2015 at Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday Feb. 28, 2015 at Meigs Church of Christ with David Couch and David Kalb officiating.. He will be laid to rest in Meigs Cemetery.
