Roman E. Pennington, 72 of Vincent, passed away on Weds, Sept. 6, 2017. A graveside service will be held on Friday, Sept. 8, 2017 at the Oakland Cemetery near Stockport. Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill is handling the arrangements.
