Ronnie L. "Butch" Westfall, 67, of Malta, passed away on Weds, Dec. 7, 2022 at the Morrison House Hospice in Zanesville.  He was born on Feb. 5, 1955 in Zanesville, Oh to the late Leo and Irene VanHorn Westfall.  He worked in heavy highway construction out of Union Local # 356.  Working most of those years for Shelly and Sands of Zanesville.   He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Vickie Butt Westfall of the home, 3 daughters, Kelly Hodge of Austin Town, Amy Barker of Waterford and Jill Westfall of New Lexington, 2 brothers, Harold Westfall of Malta and Jim Westfall of Malta, 3 sisters, Patty Yoder of Zanesville, Linda Ward of Malta and Cinda Resler of Millfield and 12 grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, Donnie and Rick Westfall and a granddaughter, Celsey Frash.  A graveside service will be held on Sat, Dec. 10, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at the Ringgold Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the James Cancer Center in Columbus.  Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville is handling the arrangements.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com.
