Rosa Lee Cooper Wilcoxen, age 72, of Bartlett, Ohio, passed away at 1:40 a.m. on Monday, December 6, 2010 at her residence. Born February 18, 1938 in Vienna, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Lela Lieving Cooper. She was a homemaker and retired bookkeeper for the Merchants Trucking Company in Marietta. She was a Methodist by faith. She is survived by her husband Robert of the home, 1 sister: Jane Horton, of Bartlett, 1 sister-in-law: June Cooper, of Marietta, and several nieces and nephews. Rosa was preceded in death by her parents, 1 brother: Darrell Paul Cooper, and 1 sister: Louise Kearns. Friends may call on Thursday, December 9, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, with Rev. Helen Kline officiating.
