Roy M. Nutter, 96, of McConnelsville, passed away on Fri, Feb. 20, 2026 at his residence. He was born on Feb. 3, 1930 in Beckley, West Virginia to the late Roy Nutter and Eula Purdue Nutter. He worked as an over the road truck driver and proudly served his country in the U.S. Marines during the Korean Conflict. He is survived by 2 sons, Roy Nutter of Malta and Bruce Nutter of Columbus, a daughter, Sandra Repp of Columbus, a brother, Homer Wright of Columbus and 7 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents. Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville is handling a caring cremation for the family.
