Sadie Edmondson, 87, of 4477 Chase Hill Rd., Stockport, died at 8 a.m. Saturday, March 28, 2009, at her home.

She was born Jan. 10, 1922, in Elbert, WV, a daughter of the late William Clifford Money and Leonor Graham Money.

Mrs. Edmondson was a homemaker.

She is survived by three sons, Jakie Carl Church of Nelsonville, Darrell (Dahlia) Church of Stockport, and Larry Lee (Leona) Church of Lexington, IN; three daughters, Margaret Ries of Shepardsville, KY, Virginia Swallow of Port Charlotte, FL and Rosetta Perry of Bardstown, KY; 18 grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Haze Church; her second husband, Clounie Edmondson; two daughters, Clara and Martha Church; two sisters, Naomi Ruth Money Powers and Violet Leanor Money; and six brothers, Elbert, Robert, Daniel, Andrew, David, and Junior Money.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, at Kappel Funeral Home in Boston, KY.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, at the funeral home.

Burial will be in First Cedar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Bardstown, KY.

Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville handled the local arrangements.
