Samuel E. Deible Jr, 64, of Malta, passed away on Thurs, Jan 26, 2023 at his home.  He was born on Sept. 13, 1958 in Columbus, Ohio to the late Samuel Deible Sr. and Mary Malott Deible.  He worked as an operator for Lab Co. Industries in Columbus and attended the Columbus Baptist Temple.  He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Sandra Knouff Deible of the home, 2 daughters, Stephanie Knouff of Columbus and Sheryl Wilkinson of Myrtle Beach, 2 sisters, Sharon Chapman and Sandy Howson both of Westerville, 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his parents, a son, Samuel Deible 3rd and 2 brothers, Jeffery Deible and Frank Rigsby.  A celebration of life visitation will be held on Sat, Feb. 4, 2023 from 10-12 P.M. at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com.
