Samuel D. Smith, 48, of Belpre, passed away on Sun. July 21, 2019 at the Camden Clark Hospital in Parkersburg. He was born on April 14, 1971 in Marietta to the late Guy (Sonny) and Shirley Cordle Smith. He was a retired truck driver and served in the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife, Mary Scarberry of Belpre, 2 step-sons, Joshua Estep and Skylar Scarberry, 2 step-daughters, Sabrina and Savanna Estep, a sister, Sara Smith and 4 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents. A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 26, 2019 from 12:00- 1:00 P.M. at the Mt.
