Sarah Miller, 79, of McConnelsville, passed away on Thurs, Nov. 17, 2022 at the Highland Oaks Nursing Home in McConnelsville.  She was born on July 31, 1943 in Huntington, W.Va. to the late Aaron F. and Sarah E. Dillion Singer.  She was a member of the Mt. Olivet United Methodist Church near Stockport.  She is survived by a son, Thomas Devaney of Proctorville, 2 daughters, Jerri Sparks of Ormond Beach, Fl. and Sarah Hutchinson of Huntington WV, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ronald Miller, a brother, Charles Singer and 2 sisters, Carol Holland and Virginia Holland.  Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville is handling the arrangements.  A caring cremation is taking place at her request.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com.
