Scott D. Zumbro, 54, of Stockport, passed away on Dec, 10, 2022.  He was born on Sept. 15, 1968 in Marietta, Ohio to Daniel and Jane McCoy Zumbro.  He worked as a postal carrier for over 23 years at the West Lafayette Post Office.  He was an avid outdoorsman, loving to hunt, fish and trap.  He was a great handyman and made the very best cup of coffee.  He also spent many years as a semi pro archer for team Matthews.  He is survived by his mother, Jane McCoy Zumbro of Stockport, a son, Zack Zumbro of Zanesville, 2 daughters, Karlie Zumbro of Yorktown, IN and Kaitlyn Zumbro of Athens, a brother, Matt (Shannon) Zumbro of McConnelsville, several aunts and uncles and his lifelong friends Kevin and Rhett.  His pride and joy were his 3 children.  He is preceded in death by his father Dan Zumbro.  A gathering of family and friends will be held on Weds, Dec. 14, 2022 from 5-7 P.M. at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville followed by a memorial service at 7:00 P.M.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com.
