Shannon Lyn Lewis, 40 of Malta, died on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at her home. She was born on November 25, 1971 in Beverly, Ohio to David and Linda Hall Lewis. She worked in the kitchen at the Burr Oak State Lodge in Bishopville. She is survived by her father, David Lewis of the home, 1 sister, Tracey Lewis of Malta 1 niece and 1 nephew. She is preceded in death by her mother Linda Hall Lewis. Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville handled the arrangements. No services will be observed.
