Shelly L. Mowery Blind, 53 of Vincent, died on Weds., May 29, 2013 at the Camden Clark Hospital in Parkersburg. She was born on July 12, 1959 in Parkersburg to the late Drexel and Willa Grace Long Mowery. She was a homemaker and substituted for the Warren Local School District. She also attended the Dale United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, David Blind of the Home, 1 son, Michael Blind of Vincent, 2 daughters, Amanda Blind of Vincent and Misty Blind of Arkansas, 1 brother, William Mowery of Parkersburg and 6 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother Drexel "Rick" Mowery. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the Dale Cemetery.
