Shirley Jane Harlow 79, of McConnelsville passed away peacefully at her home at 5:30 a.m. July 21, 2015 . She was born January 26, 1936 in Deavertown the daughter of the late Carl and Lucille Weaver. She was a telephone operator for Ohio Bell for 30 years, a charter member of the ladies auxiliary of the F.O.E. of McConnelsville and the VFW auxiliary in Malta. She is survived by her husband James Harlow whom she married Dec 15, 1959, sons James Michael (Sarah) Harlow of McConnelsville, Jason Mark Harlow of Quaker City, Ohio, Joey Matthew Harlow of McConnelsville; seven grandchildren, one great grandchild, sister Kay Smith of Deavertown. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Barney Lee Baughman. Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville. Burial will take place at a later date in Malta Cemetery.
