Shirley A. McKee Schumacher 88, of Zanesville , passed away at 11:37 p.m. July 23, 2023 at Highland Oaks in McConnelsville. She was born June 5, 1935 in Columbus the daughter of the late Ralph Spillman and Louella Herron. She was a clerk at Zanesville Glass for 20 years  and attended the First Presbyterian Church in McConnelsville, received her 50 year pin from Reinersville Eastern Star, was a skydiver, and a member of the Coffeemate Camping Club. She is survived by her children, Kathryn Whetzel, Steven McKee, and Susan Newton; two step children, Craig Schumacher and Kristy Mell; two grandchildren; and eight  great grandchildren; sister, Edith Shuster. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Glenn McKee, second husband, Paul Schumacher;  sister, Margaret Lentz; three grandchildren, Lisa Newton, Tyler McKee, and Michelle McKee. Calling hours will be held Monday, July 31,  from 11 :00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville, with service to follow at 1:00.
