Stanley S. Sheets, 64, of Stockport passed away Saturday, December 25, 2021 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville. He was born March 15, 1957 in Marietta to the late, Vernon Sheets and Wava Calendine Sheets. Stanley was a construction worker for the D. J. Group and had attended the Stockport Church of Christ. He was an artist and made many signs for local businesses over the years. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Diann Troiano Sheets; two daughters, Lorisa Owoade of Atlanta, GA, Katie Wallace of Stockport; a son, Joshua Sheets of Holly Ridge, NC; six grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. Also surviving are two step sons, John Hann and Dave Hann both of Malta; four step grandchildren; a sister, Beverly Miskovich of Zanesville; and two brothers, Kevin Sheets and Richard Sheets both of Malta. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Pat McIntire; and a brother, Roger Sheets. Friends and family may call Saturday, January 1, 2022 from 2-4 pm at Miller-Huck Funeral Home, services will be held at 4 pm. At Stanley's request, a caring cremation will take place after the service. Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
