Starla F. Tabler, of Malta, formerly of Broadwell, passed away on Weds, Jan. 13, 2021.  She was born on July 30, 1970 to Ira and Carole Waters Tabler.  She is survived by a son, Joseph Paul of Newark, 3 brothers, Ira Tabler Jr. of Broadwell, Mike Tabler of Jacksonville and Ike Tabler of Kilvert, a sister, Tonya Hill of Glouster and 2 grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her mother.  A graveside service will be held on Monday, Jan. 18, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at the Harris Cemetery near Cutler.  Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill is handling the arrangements.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com.
