Steven M. McMannis, 56, of McConnelsville, passed away on Weds. Aug. 19, 2020 at his residence.  He was born on Feb. 24, 1964 in Beverly Ohio to Elvin "Popeye" McMannis and Phyllis McDaniel Lockwood.  He is survived by his parents both of McConnelsville, 4 sons, Justin McMannis, Harley McMannis both of McConnelsville, Eley McMannis of Churchtown and Cylas Jackson of Hackney, a daughter, Ily Callihan of Churchtown, 2 brothers, Wayne and Chuck McMannis both of Stockport, 2 ½ brothers, Cr Dupre Charles of Waterford and Danny Minsler of Malta and 4 granddaughters.  He is preceded in death by 2 brothers, Danny and Tony McMannis.  A graveside service will take place at a later date.  Matheney Funeral Home in handling the arrangements.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com.
