Teresa D. Moore, 53, of McConnelsville, passed away on Tues, June 16, 2026 in Columbus. She was born on Sept. 22, 1972 in Marietta, Ohio to Margerett “Joan” McKenzie. She graduated from Frontier High School in 1990 then worked as an accountant for Sauer Corp. in Columbus, Ohio. She was a member of the Neelysville Church of Christ and loved spending time with her family and raising her children. She is survived by her mother, Joan (Randy) McKenzie of Marietta, husband Brian Moore of the home, 2 daughters, Sierra Moore and Samantha Moore both of McConnelsville and 2 sisters, Barb Felton of Marietta and Michelle McKenzie of Louisville, Kentucky. Teresa was a loving devoted wife and mother for over 25 years. A memorial service will be held on Sun., Aug. 23, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at the Neelysville Church of Christ, 3486 E. St. Rt. 60 NE McConnelsville, Ohio 43756. Flowers may be sent directly to the church. There will be a memory board for people to bring pictures to add their own memory of Teresa. Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville is handling the arrangements.
