Thelda L. McDermott 77, of McConnelsville passed away at 1:30 a.m. Jan. 11, 2016 at Riverside Landing in McConnelsville. She was born May 26, 1938 in Windsor Township the daughter of the late Francis McDermott and Mary Baker McDermott. She is survived by her siblings Mary Snyder, Jim Brennan, Frank McDermott, John McDermott, Alice Spain, Debbie Stulak, Linda Whitt, John Witter, Daniel Carman, Steve Carman, close friend and care giver Bonnie (Jim) Wilson of Malta. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by siblings Robert McDermott, Ronald McDermott, Tom McDermott, Beckey Cillitts, and Martha Rose McDermott. Calling hours will be held from 11:00a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 16 2016 at Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville, where services will follow at 1:00p.m. Burial will follow in Malta Cemetery.
