Timothy Lee Dotson, 40, of Chesterfield, Michigan, died on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 6:10 P.M. at the Indianapolis University Medical Center. He was born on September 10, 1971 in Green Cove Springs, Florida to Cecil "Butch" Dotson and Enriqueta "Katie" Reid Reagan. He was a Yeoman first class in the U.S. Cost Guard. He is survived by his father, Cecil "Butch" (Wilma) Dotson of Ypsilanti, Michigan, his mother, Enriqueta "Katie" (John) Reid Reagan of Yulee, Florida, wife, Nichole Fox Dotson of Chesterfield, Michigan, two sons, Corey and Aaron Malone both of the home, three daughters, Memorie Valentine of Huntsville, Alabama, Timberlin Zink of Las Vegas, and Rachel Malone of the home, one brother, Cristopher Dotson of St. Augustine, Florida. Services will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at the Malta United Methodist Church with Chaplain Jay Plummer officiating. Burial will follow in the Malta Union Cemetery. Friends may call on the family on Wednesday, February, 23, 2012 from 6-8 P.M. at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville, Ohio. There will be a meal and fellowship at the McConnelsville American Legion following the services. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. The American Legion will start excepting food at 9:00 A.M. on the day of the funeral for those who want to drop something off.
