Tina Marie Dulaney, 52 passed away at her home in Ripley, WV surrounded by her family, 14 months after being diagnosed with brain cancer. She was an avid gardener and talented artist. She was a graduate of Morgan High School and also graduated from Hocking College with a degree in medical coding, billing and cyber security. During that time she was self-employed and worked in the garden center at Lowe's. She was born in Marietta, OH to Phyllis Harvey Morrison and Calvin L. Dulaney on Sept. 3rd, 1970. She is survived by her mother, Phyllis Harvey Morrison (Paul) of Lower Salem, her fiancé Glenn Milligan of Ripley, 3 children, Jared Shook of McConnelsville, Kaitlin (Billy) Shook of Cleveland, and Amber (Willy) Vassar of Chesterhill, 2 brothers Calvin (Kim) Dulaney of McConnelsville, Scott (Maria) Vaughn of Tavares, FL, sister, Patricia (Shawn) Dulaney of Columbus, step-brothers, Shaun (Kim) Morrison of Columbus, Craig Morrison of Lower Salem, and Brian (Kim) Morrison of North Carolina, step-sisters, Kristina Campbell of Albany, Samantha Larger of New Bremen, Sabrina Rupe of Columbus, and Cayla Rupe of Athens, grandchildren, Saphira, Nicholas, Hayden, and Brooklyn, and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her father. A caring cremation will take place at her request. Burial will be at Chesterhill Cemetery and a celebration of life will take place at a later date.
