Tisha Ann Whitmore, 45 of Cutler, passed away on Weds, Jan 24, 2024 at her residence.  She was born on Aug. 4, 1978 in Athens, Ohio to Kenneth Whitmore and Charlotte Martin Lax.  She is survived by her parents, her fiancé, Phillip Smith of the home, a son, Conner Warren of New Lexington, a daughter, Kendra Warren of New Lexington, 3 brothers, Keith Whitmore of Portsmouth, Kevin Whitmore of Carbon Hills and Donnie Lax of Athens and a sister, Tessa Lax of The Plains.  A caring cremation is taking place at her wishes and a memorial service will be announced at a later date.  Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill is handling the arrangements.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com.
