Tony Lee McMannis, 57 of Nelsonville formerly of McConnelsville, passed away on Thursday. June 13, 2019 at the Arbors of Pomeroy. He was born on July 3, 1961 in Marietta to Elvin McMannis and Phyllis McDaniel Lockwood. He worked in Columbus as a carpenter. He is survived by his father, Elvin McMannis of McConnelsville, Mother, Phyllis Lockwood of McConnelsville, girlfriend, Debbie Morgan of Nelsonville, 2 daughters, Becky Border of Portsmouth and Toni McMannis of McConnelsville, 3 brothers, Wayne and Chuck McMannis both of Stockport and Steve McMannis of Marietta, 2 half-brothers, Charles Dupre of Waterford and Danny Minsler of Malta and 16 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by a daughter, Mellissa Hamilton and a brother Danny McMannis. A caring cremation is taking place at his wishes.
