Tonya S. McCloud, 55, of McConnelsville, passed away on Fri, May 30, 2025.  She was born on Dec. 27, 1969 in Clarksburg, West Virginia to the late Fred R. Waldren and Virginia Swiger.  Tonya proudly served her country in the U.S. Navy.  She is survived by her stepmother Mildred Waldren; brothers, Fred Waldren and Michael Waldren; sister, Deanna McNemar, and many friends that she made while living at the Highland Oaks Nursing Home.  She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Larry McCloud.   A service will be held on Tues, June 3, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville with a caring cremation taking place after the services.  Friends may gather 1 hour prior to the services.
