Tracey M. Van Horn 42, of McConnelsville passed away at 8:30 a.m. October 9, 2013 at Ohio University Medical Center in Columbus. She was born Feb. 17, 1971 in Marietta, Ohio to Gary McIntire and Patricia Sheets McIntire . She was a waitress at several restaurants in the area. In addition to her parents of Beverly, she is survived by her children Chyanna Lawrence , Sierra Van Horn, and Tracey Van Horn all of McConnelsville; close friend Wes Hill of McConnelsville, step children Brady Van Horn and Brenden Hill of McConnelsville;two grandchildren Aylen and Ayda Lawrence; brother Gary Randy (Teresa) McIntire of Buckeye Lake;father in law Walter Dean Van Horn of McConnelsville and his family ; a favorite nephew and niece Kendra and Blake McIntire. She was preceded in death by her husband Dean Van Horn and an infant son Landon Michael Hill. Calling hours will be held 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 14, 2013 at Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville where services will be held at 11 :00 a.m. Tuesday with Evangelist Randy Baker officiating. She will be cremated following the services. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
