Troy A. Dunlap, 61, of Waterford, passed away at his residence on Tues, April 22, 2025.  He was born on March 15, 1964 in Zanesville, Ohio to the late Wanda Raines Lacey.  He enjoyed watching Nascar, Motorcycles, Bowling, TV, Truck Pulls, Demo Derby's and loved the Navy and Ohio State Football.  He is survived by a brother, Jim (Cody) Rainer of Lancaster, a sister, Kim Rainer of Waterford, 3 nieces, Keely Cole, BooBoo and Lace J and a nephew Mann.  He is preceded in death by his parents.  A graveside service will be held on Mon, April 28, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at the Malta Cemetery.  Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville is handling the arrangements.
