Trudy A. Apperson, 55, of McConnelsville, died on Friday, September 14, 2012 at 6:05 A.M. at the Highland Oaks Nursing Center in McConnelsville. She was born on August 20, 1957 in Zanesville, Ohio to Lyle and Carmelitta Cline Apperson. She owned her own rental business and was the secretary for Apperson's Heating and Cooling. She was a Methodist by faith and was very much involved within the community. She is survived by her mother, Carmelitta Cline Apperson, 2 daughters, Danielle (Keith) Stillman of Stockport and Dominique Massey of Malta, 2 brothers, Jerry and Dick Apperson both of McConnelsville, 2 sisters, Connie (Tim) Welch of Malta and Judy Rutter of McConnelsville, and 3 grandchildren, Zachary, Bailey and Riley Stillman. She is preceded in death by her father, Lyle Apperson. Services will be held on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville with Pastor Galen Finley officiating. Burial will follow in the Pisgah Cemetery. Friends may call on the family on Monday from 4-8 P.M.
