Vanetta June Bolyard Hensley, age 90, of Chesterhill, Ohio passed away at 8:25 a.m. Monday, May 9, 2016 at Willow Haven Nursing Home in Zanesville. She was born January 21, 1926 in Phillippi, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Burton and Trona Boyles Bolyard. June was a wonderful homemaker and worked with her husband on the family farm in Amesville where they raised their daughters. She attended The Liberty United Brethren Church near Chesterhill, was a member of the 4'Cs, Athens Chapter # 175 O.E.S. and a former member of Euphemia Chapter # 200 O.E.S. in Amesville. She is survived by her daughter: Connie (Jeff) Williamson of Zanesville; 4 grandchildren: Jennifer (Mike) Bethel, Jason (Abbey) Williamson, Becky Williamson, and Michelle Malone; 5 great grandchildren: Clara, Kellen, and Connor Bethel, and Hensley and Cohen Williamson. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas F. Hensley, daughter, Joyce Malone, and brother, Joy Bolyard. Services will be held on Thursday, May 12, at 11:00 a.m. at the Liberty U.B. Church, 470 Sheets Rd., Stockport. Ohio. with Pastor David Jarvis officiating. Burial will be in the Mound Hill Cemetery near Amesville. Friends may call at the Stone-Matheney Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11 and at the Church 1 hour prior to the service on Thursday.
