Vicki Lynn Carter, 57, of Malta, passed away on Sat. Sept. 30, 2017 at her residence. She was born on Sept. 26, 1960 in Sidney, Ohio to the late Jacob Eugene Hall and Judy Anderson Roberts. She worked as a caregiver helping the elderly in their homes. She is survived by a daughter, Megan Thompson of McConnelsville, 2 sisters, Eugenia Michele Swisher of McConnelsville and Penny Marie Abrams of Zanesville, a uncle Steve Anderson of Stockport and many friends. She is preceded in death by her parents. Services will be held on Weds, Oct. 4, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville.
