Vicki L. Urquisa, 63, of McConnelsville, passed away on Weds, March 11, 2020 at the Highland Oaks Nursing Home in McConnelsville.  She was born on Feb. 13, 1957 in Marietta, Ohio to the late Leroy Sampson and Irene Hanna Tabor.  She is survived by 2 brothers, Rick Sampson of Wooster and Sean Hawker of Ft.
