Violet J. Koehnle 70 of McConnelsville passed away at 6:45 am on October 12, 2023 at Genesis Hospice Home in Zanesville, OH. She was born May 22, 1953 in New Castle, PA she was a long time member of the Boy Scouts of America, and Violet also worked many years in Genesis Hospital. Violet is survived by her husband of 52 years, Frank Koehnle Jr.; Brother, William Heckathorne Sr.; Children, Frank Koehnle lll, Lora Duvall, Melissa Koehnle, Timothy Embree-Koehnle, Charles Embree-Koehnle; Grandchildren, Kayla Koehnle, Elaine Koehnle, Janette Suttle, Tiffany Duvall, James Earl, Frank Koehnle 4th, Izabella Koehnle; and many more Great Grandchildren nieces and nephews. Violet Koehnle is preceded in death by her parents, George and Betty (White) Heckathorne Sr.; Siblings, George Heckathorne Jr, Eric Heckathorne Sr. John Heckathorne. At Violet's request before death there will be no funeral held. Violet Koehnle will be laid to rest in the McConnelsville Cemetery Saturday at 2 pm.
