Vivian L. (Biddy) Mayle, 74, of Plantsville, died at 9:10p.m. Monday, January 4, 2010 at the Morrison House Hospice in Zanesville. She was born on August 3, 1935 on Tick Ridge near Amesville to the late Guy and Ruth Kennedy Hill. She was a homemaker and attended the Bethel Wesleyan Church in Plantsville. She is survived by three sons, Duane (Lisa) Mayle of Powell, Paul (Christa) Mayle of Plantsville, and Jeff (Elaine) Mayle of McConnelsville, two daughters, Regina (Jerry Kennedy) Walker of Zanesville, and Bonnie Tramill of McConneslville, a special granddaughter she raised Louisa (Cissy) Tramill and her four month old great grandson Trevon Mayle, three brothers, Jerry Hill of Plantsville, Rick and Tony Hill both of Zanesville, 17 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren and many more whom called her mom and grandma by heart, also her dog Dexter, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Julius (Judy) Mayle, two sons, Mike and Emery, two daughters, Evelyn and Melanie, four brothers, Raymond, Wilbur, Robert and Leon (Hank), two sisters, Jean and Dorothy. Services will be held on Friday, January 8, 2010 at 1:00p.m. at the Mt Hermon Church near Amesville with Rev. Delbert Bennett officiating, with burial following at Mt Hermon Cemetery. Friends may call on Thursday, January 7, 2010 from 2-4 and 7-9p.m. at the Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill and one hour prior to the services at the church.
