William C. "Billie" Hollobaugh, 54, of McConnelsville, passed away on Tues. Nov. 14, 2017 at the Genesis Hospital in Zanesville. He was born on March 10, 1963 in Chesterhill to William R. and Gerry N. Patrick Hollobaugh. He was a forklift operator at the AutoZone Warehouse in Zanesville and served his country in the U.S. Navy. He is survived by his father and step-mother, Ranney and Diana Hollobaugh of McConnelsville, Fiancé, Lura Parsons, of the home, a son, Eric Hollobaugh of McConnelsville, 5 brothers, Bobby Hollobaugh, Randy Hollobaugh, Wesley Hollobaugh, Wade Hollobaugh and Willie Spencer all of McConnelsville and a grandson Ethan Hollobaugh. He is preceded in death by his mother. A caring cremation is taking place at his wishes. Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville is handling the arrangements.
