Winifred E. Mayle Singer, 75, of Cutler, died at 8:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 23, 2009, at her residence. She was born Aug. 27, 1934, a daughter of Garfied and Goldie Hill Singer. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God of Ravenswood, WV. She is survived by her mother, Goldie Mayle of Amesville; her husband, Kenney Singer of Cutler; three sons, Joseph, Michael, and Kendall Singer all of Cutler; two daughters, Diane (Robert) Goins of Newark, and Susan Harvey of Cutler; four brothers, Edward and Franklin Mayle of Columbus, Larry Mayle of Amesville, and Jesse Mayle of Cutler; one half brother, Howard Mayle of Amesville; six sisters, Wanda (Arliss) Mayle, Freda Mayle and Sharon Mayle, all of Columbus, Mary Hill of Gallipolis, Nida Goins of Malta, and Phyllis Mayle of Amesville; 16 grandchildren; and 15 great- grandchildren. Mrs. Singer was preceded in death by her father, one grandson, one great-granddaughter, three half brothers, two brothers, and one half sister. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27, at the Southland Mission Church near Cutler, with Brother Rodger Cummings officiating. Burial will be in Southland Quaker Cemetery.
