Winnifred M. Cunningham, 92, of McConnelsville, passed away on Weds. Oct. 19, 2016 at the Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born on Jan. 27, 1924 in Bartlett, Ohio to the late Clarence and Mary Lois Martin Fleming. She was a homemaker and a member of the Cornerstone South Church in McConnelsville. She is survived by a son Brian (Susan) Cunningham of Stockport, 3 daughters, Nancy (Mike) Place of Xenia, Diane (Jack) Spung of Waterford and Marlene (Al) Shepard of Stockport, 1 sister, Mary J. McGowan of Minerva, 12 grandchildren and several great and great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Harold E. Cunningham, daughter, Regina Cunningham, 4 brothers, Chester, Max, Charles and Donald Fleming and 5 sisters, Aurian Grandstaff, Dorothy Gage, Sara Lee, Mildred Smith and Margaret Hale. Services will be held on Sunday, Oct. 23, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at the Coroner Stone South Church in McConnelsville with Pastor Steve Smith officiating. Burial will follow in the Watertown Cemetery. Friends may call on the family from 12:30- 2 P.M. at the church on the day of the services.
