Betty Lou Larrick

Betty Lou Larrick, 96 of Malta, passed away on Sat, May 6, 2023 at the Highland Oaks Nursing home In McConnelsville.  She was born on July 14, 1926 in McConnelsville, Ohio to the late James and Rilla Sutton Ashton.  She retired after 32 years from Malta Manufacturing in Malta and was a member of the Malta Bible Church and the Malta Bible Church Quilting Club.  She is survived by 2 sons, Donald (Kathy) Larrick of Malta and David “Barney” (Linda) Larrick of Malta, 2 daughters, Rebecca “Becky” Baker of McConnelsville and Barbara Fouss of McConnelsville, 8 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Myron “Doodle” Larrick , 2 brothers, Belmon Robinson and Delmer Robinson and a daughter-in-law, Sherry Payne Larrick.  Services will be held on Thurs, May 11, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at the Malta Bible Church with burial following in the McConnelsville Cemetery.  A visitation will be held on Weds, May 10 from 5-7 P.M. at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville and 1 hour prior to the services at the church.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com.
