Christopher L. Cook

Christopher L. Cook, 48, of McConnelsville, passed away on Thurs, Oct. 12, 2023 at his residence.  He was born on Oct. 7, 1975 in Marietta to Monte Cook and Nancy Mayle Tippie.  He was the owner of CLC Water Hauling in McConnelsville and loved hunting, fishing and his trucks.  He is survived by his mother Nancy Tippie of McConnelsville, father Monte Cook of Chesterhill, special friend, Kelly Roberts of McConnelsville, a daughter, Haven Cook of the home, a brother, Danny Mayle of Chandlersville, sister, Angie Cook of McConnelsville, 2 nieces, Myleeigah and Raynna, 5 nephews, Madden, Gage, Casey, Dustin and Cody, several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  He is preceded in death by his step-father John Tippie.  Funeral services will be held on Tues, Oct. 17, 2023 at 12:00 Noon at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville with burial following in the Chesterhill Cemetery.  Friends may call on the family on Mon, Oct 16 from 4-7 P.M. at the funeral home.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com.
