James L. Cochran

James L. Cochran, 59, of Waterford, passed away on Mon, Sept. 11, 2023 at the Grant Medical Center in Columbus.  He was born on Dec. 10, 1963 in Parkersburg, WV to the late Jacque and Lula Bell Frazer Cochran.  He was a member of the Beverly Eagles and American Legion.  He is survived by a son, Warren Cochran of Waterford, 3 daughters, Tiffany (Shaun) Dusenberry of Zanesville, Rachelle (Cody) Heiss of Waterford and Shelbe Cochran of Pomeroy, a brother, John Hays of Stockport, 2 sisters, Jacie Brown of Stockport and Susan Boggs of Stockport, 4 grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and many freinds.  He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Debbie Boone.  A celebration of life service will be held on Sat, Sept. 16, 2023 from 2-6 P.M. at James’s residence.  Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill is handling the arrangements.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com.
