Keith William McGrath

Keith William McGrath, 67 of McConnelsville, finished his work here on earth and went to be with Jesus on Sat. Jan 18, 2020.  He was born on Jan. 5, 1953 in Zanesville to the late Myron and Eleanor Fox McGrath.  Keith was a strong believer in Jesus Christ and attended church faithfully all his life.  He was a member of Fairview Church.  He retired from Miba Bearings in 2014 after 42 years of service.  While at Miba he was a member of the International Ass. of Machinists where he was chairman of the Union Com. 10 yrs., Safety com for 20 yrs., and the Hazmat Chemical Team for 21 yrs.  He enjoyed singing gospel song, gardening, and his faithful black lab Shadow.  He is survived by his wife Dee Morgan McGrath of the home, 3 daughters, Michelle Yerian of New Philly, Heather (Chad) Davis of Harrisville W.Va. and Kim Shultz of McConnelsville, 3 sons, Kacy (Mollie) McGrath of Ringgold, Tim (Heather) Leopold of McConnelsville and Troy (Julie) Leopold of McConnelsville, a brother, Terry (Mary Ann) McGrath of Malta, a sister, Martha (Robert) Feathers of Marietta, 21 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and his faithful dog Shadow.  He is preceded in death by his parents and a grandson Darren Leopold.  Services will be held on Weds. Jan. 22, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at the Meigs Church of Christ.  A visitation will be held on Tues.
