Russell A. Roberts

Russell A. Roberts (Sonny), 82, of McConnelsville, passed away Fri. Nov. 10, 2023 at his residence.  He was born July, 27, 1941 to the late Russell Roberts Sr. and Mary Jane Tomball in Malta OH.  He was a laborer at Taylor Woodcraft and a member of the Lions Club.  He is survived by his sons, Paul, Kenny, and Allen, all of McConnelsville, brothers, Glenn, Richard, and Jimmy, all of Malta, and Mikey of Stockport, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Ethel (Mohler) Roberts, sister, Marcella Waite, brothers, Carlos, Howard, Frank, Dale and Dean, sister-in law, Susie Long, and brother-in-law, Andy Mohler.  Visitation will be Tuesday, November 14, 2023, from 6:00 P.M.–8:00 P.M. at Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville.
